Based in the City Centre the position is within a medical research environment. The role will be weighted towards the administrative aspects but will also include a few days a week covering the reception desk. Responsibilities for the role include;
* Providing comprehensive clerical support to the research teams
* Letter writing
* Entering patient data on to the systems
* Booking appointments for clinics and investigatory tests such as scans
* Reception duties - meeting and greeting patients and visitors
* Other administrative duties as required
We are looking for candidates with excellent IT and communications skills. You must be able to use your own initiative and be comfortable to ask for help if needed. It is a busy environment so the ability to effectively prioritise your workload is also essential.
This is a temporary position to cover until a permanent candidate is in place which should be around 6 weeks. Hours of work will be 9am until 5pm Monday - Friday.
