Cleaning Operative
Location: Southampton - SO30
Permanent Opportunity with Pay@ £9.00 per hour
Hours: Mon - Fri - Hours to be 2pm - 4pm start for approximately 2 hours (to be confirmed at interview)
Role Purpose:
To consistently deliver the highest standard of cleaning and associated contracted services to the Client's Centre in line with the contract specification.
Role Requirements:
Reliable, pro-active Cleaner, sought for cleaning service. Carrying out a cleaning service to a high standard. Must be able to work well on own initiative. A degree of Health and safety knowledge is desirable. A good working ethic, and to be capable of achieving high standards however is essential. To be able to work to set schedules and timescales. The suitable applicants will need to be versatile and flexible in their approach. Covering holiday and sickness as required.
Daily duties include routine office cleaning with reception, WCs and kitchenettes
Experience required -
· Knowledge of H&S
· Knowledge of Colour coding and COSHH
· Experience of prestigious service required
· High levels of customer service
· Extremely smart and presentable
· High levels of English language essential due to continuous interaction with client and building users
