The employer also offers an attractive salary of £9-£11 per hour and is a Monday to Friday position, so no weekends!

The role:
- Taking a case from start to finish
- Dealing with queries and questions
- Using in house systems to update records
- Using Spread sheets to keep track of different cases
- Work with multiple cases and write up cases to send over to actuaries.

The individual:
- Professional at all times
- Good communication skills
- Excellent email manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
