Candidate must have excellent food knowledge and be ready to learn new skills in the kitchen when needed. Kitchen must be kept clean and tidy in order for the head chef to work effectively.

There will be a team in the kitchen but you will be expected to do complete the duties given by the chef with minimal guidance.

Usual working hours can vary anywhere from 7am to 8pm. candidate must be ready to prepare and deliver meals if necessary.
