Adecco Sheffield is hiring for a well known energy provider in Staveley, Chesterfield!
The successful candidate will have the following:
· Excellent Customer Service skills (both inbound and outbound)
· The ability to turn any customers negative experience in to a positive one
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Good working knowledge with Word & Excel
· Works well in a team & actively supports others
Your main duties will include:
· Inbound contact centre for all Customer Service enquiries
· Resolve & manage complaints through written and verbal format
· Resolve customer queries
· Provide professional, thorough and accurate support to other internal departments regards to Customer queries.
· Deliver excellent stakeholder and customer relationship service by understanding Business & Customer needs
· Support service to third party CS team. Answer queries, improve skill set & first call resolution.
In return, we will provide a salary of £11.80 per hour, and great working shifts of 8:45 am - 5:00 pm.
This role is an ongoing temporary contract, starting ASAP.
