Job Title: Care Administrator

Location: Central Ipswich

To provide an administration service and general assistance in a care related environment.

We are looking for a highly organised and experience administrator who is dedicate to working with in a hands on environment.

Main Duties

·  Answering and making calls

·  Responding to emails

·  Welcoming visitors

·  Excellent excel experience

·  Ensure effective and appropriate written and verbal communication

·  Co-ordination recruitment such as shortlisting, screening, interviewing

·  Organising hard and electronic files

·  Taking minutes
