If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client is looking for Call Handlers to work within their call centre based in Bicester. These roles are based within a busy, patient focused environment, handling calls from members of the public.
All successful candidates must be over 18 years of age due to occasional night work being required and be required to complete a six week full time training course, which will cover the full training of the in house systems, and supports coaching in the call centre environment.
All staff will be expected to work Bank holidays ( inc Christmas, Easter etc )
There are full time and part time roles available, which will require shift work. shifts include evenings, nights and weekends on a rota'd basis.
These are temporary to permanent roles which will be ongoing.
