CALL HANDLER REQUIRED FOR A LONG TERM ONGOING TEMPORARY ROLE. £9.78 PER HOUR, BASED IN BISHOPS CLEEVE, GL52 8YQ.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large insurance company who provide free on-site parking and a free bus service from Cheltenham town centre. There is an On-site Gym, Coffee Shop and Restaurant including vending machines that supply free hot and cold beverages. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension and bonus scheme if you meet certain criteria.

The successful candidates will be joining a professional and friendly team who take around 60 calls per day from customers who have queries relating to their pension policies. You must have excellent customer services skills and be happy to be on the phones the majority of the time, assisting customers . You will need to be driven, enthusiastic, friendly and be able to commit to the role on a long term basis and ideally have a financial services / insurance background. A full training schedule will be provided before you go live on the phones.
