Full and Part Time Customer Service Advisers required for City Centre service provider. Full and part time hours are available.

Your role will be to take incoming calls and provide full and accurate required information using your well developed customer service skills, deal with queries, handle complaints, updating systems on Word and Excel and respond to urgent enquiries.

Full time hours are 37.5 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, part time will be 4 to 5 hours per day.
