Adecco are looking for a Customer service / Contact Centre candidate to work for a well known company on a Temp basis for 6-8 weeks Maximum, starting ASAP. The role is working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week.
The role entails you to take inbound calls and emails from customers who require there password resetting on there accounts
There will be full training given on the role and this will take place over 2 days
Skills Required :
Excellent telephone communication skills
You be required to pass a Credit Check and a criminal record check these checks will be completed if you are invited to a registration event.
