Our clients seek a Call Centre Agent to join their lovely expanding team on a long term basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and clear strong telephone communications skills.
o Entering, amending and closing of all received DPR/PIR claim files from client airlines, ground handlers and claims departments into the Company database, to Company standard.
o Assessment of said files, and a minimum working knowledge of the repair centre.
o Contact of airline passengers via telephone, email, fax (not exhaustive) to facilitate the settlement of the claim using the most appropriate method available within client parameters.
o Answering client, passenger, store, consumer (not exhaustive) queries via telephone, email, fax (not exhaustive) as they arrive.
o Contact of clients as and when necessary to update, advise, seek authorisation (not exhaustive) using the client preferred medium and to Company standard.
o Day-to-day stock level control of non-standard product used in the settlement of airline DPR/PIR claim files as required - including but not limited to baby and child equipment.
o Day-to-day supplier management, ensuring that scheduled deliveries, collections and contact is performed as required.
o Internal communication and liaison to Company standard to ensure a seamless process for clients and their customers.
o ADHOC requests from Management or Supervisory positions.
