We're currently recruiting for a Buyer to join a successful company based in Rainham, Essex.

Your duties will include:

* Establishing, developing and maintaining suitable supplier relationships to improve cost, quality and supply continuity.

* Assist the Purchasing Manager review and improve procurement processes.

* Review, understand and communicate to supplier, drawings and technical specifications to ensure supplier meets the business needs.

* Processing requisitions and Purchase Orders to achieve cost and specification requirements whilst ensuring OTDIF.

The most suitable candidate will have a strong understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings, have excellent attention to detail and have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
