BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER/ RECEPTIONIST
SUTTON
MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM
3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
£11.11 HOURLY RATE
ASAP START
We are currently looking for a confident and reliable candidate to help provide admin and reception support to a busy Inclusion Centre based in Sutton.
Main duties:
· Taking bookings/ payments
· Greeting customers and clients in and out of the building
· Day to day running of reception
· Assist in dealing with any customer problems/ issues and escalating where necessary
· Record income, expenditure and other financial transactions
· Updating and maintenance of data
· Action correspondence, emails and phone calls
The ideal candidate must have:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Previous experience of working within an office environment/ reception area
· Experience of using a wide range of IT packages
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
