BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

KINGSTON

MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM

3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT

£13.92 HOURLY RATE

ASAP START

To provide efficient and customer focused administration of the Local government, firefighters and teachers pension schemes fort the employees of local authority organisations.

Main Duties:

·  Prepare reports/ statistics/ briefings

·  Recommend improvements and support implementation

·  Respond to and resolve enquires and problems

·  Maintain financial and stock records

·  Support, coordinate and undertake research into a variety of projects in the defined area

·  Deliver a range of administrative and customer services in support of existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

·  A working knowledge of defined benefit pensions administration

·  Knowledge of payroll and HR systems

·  Good written and oral communication skills

·  Excellent IT skills

·  Ability to work with others
