An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer to join a public sector organisation based in East London.
This role will be working alongside the HR department on the agency contract for the Council. You will be required to take administrative control of the team managing the agency contract. The successful candidate would ideally have previous experience working within a recruitment or HR setting.
Key duties will include:
* Write reports and new advisory information on the intranet regarding policy process and legislation.
* Creating work flows on Word and PowerPoint for the new processes in hiring agency workers
* Managing the central inbox dealing with requests, issues, escalations and recruitment enquiries
* Managing the expectation of hiring managers and assisting in query handling
