Job Overview
As a Business Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately and efficiently conducting data entry tasks
Performing clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents
Typing and proofreading various documents
Assisting in office organisation
Computerising information for easy access and retrieval
Demonstrating proper phone etiquette in all communications
Providing administrative support as needed & Processing Invoices
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
