Join our client's dynamic team as a Business Support Coordinator! If you're an exceptional problem-solver with excellent communication skills, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
· Support the busy facilities team in handling a wide range of issues, including broken lifts and other maintenance challenges.
· Escalate issues within the buildings to ensure a prompt resolution.
· Assist in quoting building work and maintaining accurate records.
· Arranging Contractors and Coordinating jobs.
Work Schedule and Location:
· This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in facilities administration or a similar role.
· Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
· Proficiency in quoting building work and escalation management.
