Job Title: Business Change Manager

Location: National

Day rate: up to £650

Contract Length: 6 months

Our client, a prominent Central Government organisation, is seeking a Business Change Manager to join their dynamic team. As a dedicated regulator for workplace health and safety, their work has a significant impact on business, workers, and the UK economy.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving and implementing transformative changes across the organisation. Collaborating closely with digital, data, and technology professionals, as well as subject matter experts, you will contribute to the design and delivery of major digital and business transformation initiatives. Your expertise in business architecture, business analysis, and operational improvement will be vital in shaping and delivering end-to-end operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Design integrated operating models (people, process, and technology)

·  Identify areas for improvement in organisational design

·  Develop service and process catalogues

·  Implement transformations to organisational ways of working and structures

·  Create and implement Target Operating Models

Requirements:

·  Experience in business architecture and design

·  Strong background in change management and operational improvement

·  Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives

·  Knowledge of regulatory environments or implementing change within operations is preferred
