My client is looking for a Business Analyst to assist the Programme Manager through the implementation of a new project.

The role involves:

·  Work with colleagues to understand requirements and document them

·  Ability to provide a solution summary to clients that can meet their requirements

·  Ability to configure entities, workflows, business Process, security and other features

·  Write detailed Business Requirement, Gap fit analysis and Functional Design documentation

·  Test the functions and the features being configured and confirm that they fulfil the business requirements

·  Prepare detailed training guides and user manuals

·  Provide training to clients and end users

·  Provide post go-live support to help resolve issues

·  Facilitate workshops to define and refine requirements

·  Produce documented data flows, process flows, and business rules

·  Provide insight and analysis to understand issues or opportunities in the customer journey and suggest solutions

·  Analyse failure within services and identify root causes for that failure

·  Working as part of the project team ensure successful design and launch of the project

·  Generate and prioritise work backlogs

·  Lead the usability testing process

Required Skills:

·  Experience of project and programme management

·  Experience of configuring Microsoft applications such as Sharepoint, Office 365 and Dynamics CRM

·  Advanced microsoft Office Skills

·  Experience of analysing and detailing business requirements for assigned projects for business users, technical developers and testers

·  Experience of leading workshops with internal staff as part of delivering solutions to the business

·  Experience of creating and developing application specifications using appropriate business analysis techniques for gathering user requirements

·  Ability to write Business Requirement, Gap fit analysis and Functional Design document

·  Strong influence and networking skills

·  Able to research new opportunities for current problems

·  Able to work flexibly outside normal business hours, to maximise system availability to enhance user's ability to respond to customers
