Business Analysts - Glasgow - Permanent

Adecco are working in partnership with a prestigious client within the Savings & Investments sector. We are looking to recruit a team of experienced Business Analysts to join their very successful Glasgow City Centre office.

Responsibilities include :

·  Supporting various business activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client services procedures

·  Analysis of data and provision of recommendation to management regarding existing business performance and new business opportunities

·  Provide support for a range of projects including :

·  systems version upgrades

·  product reviews

·  impact assessment and delivery of changes required as a result of regulatory change

·  process improvement/customer experience projects

Experience and Knowledge Required

·  Working with multi discipline team including customer services and IT functions

·  Operating in a project environment and responsibility for delivering outputs to defined standards and within time and cost constraints

·  Sound understanding of financial services market, product types and regulatory developments

·  Strong PC skills including Microsoft applications

Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge and experience in at least one of the following disciplines :

·  Development and implementation of System testing and UAT programs

·  Writing and reviewing business process procedures

·  Development and testing of system and financial controls

·  Expertise in processing of pensions, life or protection business, ideally working in a technical support environment

·  Responsibility for conducting regular business reviews under the FCA T&C regime

·  Development and Implementation of QA procedures

·  MI Production/Analysis and recommendation for action to improve business performance

·  Development and delivery of training material
