Office and Secretarial - Administrator
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A GROWING TELECOMS COMPANY
Monday to Friday
· Provide customer service over the phone from new and existing customers
· Process all new sales and customer orders
· Organise engineers to visit customers.
· Produce reports on equipment, network issues, customer spending ect.
· Arrange deliveries
· Adhere to company policy and procedures and audit requirements.
· Order office equipment and Telecoms equipment for customers
· Provide practical advise to customers
· Good experience in similar role
· Good Microsoft office skills including excel
· Excellent telephone manner
· Good organisational skills and experience in keeping diary
Training will be provided to the correct candidate.
