We are currently recruiting for a superstar administration assistant to support across multiple client accounts and also to cover reception duties. Some of the responsibilities are:
* Raising POs
* Putting together pick lists
* Compiling manuals
* Hotel bookings
* Stationery orders
* Collating quotations from suppliers for individual projects
This list is not exhaustive and will also involve a great deal of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have fantastic interpersonal skills, be able to prioritise and work under pressure and also have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
