A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for our client based right in the heart of Ipswich.

Our client is a prestigious branch and at the very top of their game.

We are looking for a like minded person to join the team and head up the front of house function.

Duties to include -

·  Managing the main Reception

·  Answering the telephone

·  meeting and greeting people on to site

·  Booking people in for appointments

·  Making outbound calls responding to email / web based enquirers

·  Dealing with orders.

·  Good telephone manor
