We have a great opportunity for an individual to maintain the growth and expansion plans for the future for our client. We are looking for good people to join our Kings Heath team as a Branch Assistant, to help produce sales and reach targets while learning all aspects of our business to assist you in career progression within our company.
� To handle incoming enquiries, orders and complaints from customers in a professional and courteous manner
� To proactively promote company products and services to customers
� To process incoming goods, including stocking of shelves
� To assemble outgoing customer orders and prepare for delivery
� To check and maintain the delivery vehicle in line with company procedures and manufacturer's specification
� To carry out deliveries to and collections from customers in the most efficient manner, reporting any discrepancies
� To order items for branch stock, and customer specials or directs
� To manage stock levels within budget
� To carry out weekly rotational and bi-annual stock takes
� To process returns and faulty items to suppliers
� Experienced within either a sales or customer service environment
� Good at building relationships
� Known for your drive and ambition
� Wanting progress into sales or management
The role is a full time permanent position Monday - Friday and we offer a pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
