We are seeking booking and sales assistant to cover the upcoming Christmas half term break. In order to become a booking and sales assistant - you will have had some customer service exposure in previous roles and / or some experience of working within a similar environment.

You will need to be fully available for duration of the half term break and will have a genuine interest / enthusiasm for the Museum.

The Booking and Sales Team will facilitate public access to the Museum; act as ambassadors for the Museum; to interact with, engage and enthuse the visitor through the exhibitions, collections, programme and products on offer.

Duties include:

·  Promoting and selling memberships

·  Actively encourage donations at entrance

·  Encourage donations on tickets and gift aid

·  Other duties included
