A new and exciting position has a risen to join a team delivering a new product to our clients' customers. To start with, the role will involve supporting the department manager with the development of software and processes, to enable a team of billing administrator to generate, validate and send large number of invoices out.

Responsibilities:

*Developing new software and processes
*Ensure the timely billing of customer accounts
*Accurately record payments
*Generation of accurate and correct statements by validating and working within Industry processes
*End to end processing of an account through to successful resolution
*Provide effective credit control
*Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
*Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems

The most suitable candidate will have the following skills:

*Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
*Ability to reconcile complex accounts
*Competence in Microsoft Office products, XL and accounting software programmes
*Prior experience with billing and credit control systems
*Experience of working within teams, sharing information and suggesting improvements
