We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support a Bid team based in Reigate. You will provide co-ordination and administration support with typical responsibilities including:

·  Uploading of documents onto systems

·  Coordination of team meetings

·  Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

·  Liaison with other teams to gather required information

·  Develop and maintain positive relationships

We are looking for a well organised administrator who has ideally worked within a business development or bid management function. You will be able to manage time effectively with good IT skills with the ability to format documents and presentations. You will ensure that requests are dealt with in an efficient and accurate manner and have good communication skills and be able to deal with multiple enquiries. You will work effectively in a team environment.
