�Working with Sales and Operations teams to complete a wide range of bids and tender proposals, providing regular updates

�Identify product requirements and contact manufacturers for prices

�Manage lead generation subscriptions (eg: Protel, ABI) and forward any opportunities to Head of Bid Management for review

�Identify, source and price products for tenders

�Populate and maintain database of bid information

�Provide Single Point of Contact support to key accounts

�Respond to bid and general queries from both internal and external customers in order to provide a satisfactory resolution

�Ensure consistently high levels of service and professionalism are offered to the internal customer base

Who we are looking for:

�Candidates will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly in the written form

�Have the ability to understand and interpret complex technical information.

�A keen eye for detail is a must, coupled with experience of working within a fast paced environment, often to tight deadlines.

�It is essential that candidates have strong excel knowledge and extensive electrical product knowledge
