A fantastic opportunity to work within a Design & Build Bid department, you will be supporting and work closely with the design and sales team. This role offer development, growth and progression.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and maintenance of the design team document database and CRM software (Salesforce)

Ensuring all paperwork is in place providing a complete audit trail and ensuring all departmental processes and procedure are adhered to.

Assisting with the production of bid proposals and documents including proof reading, checking, formatting, binding or uploading of bid proposals, presentation and documents.

Working closely with the Sales, Operations, Procurement and CAD Team and attending internal meetings as required.

Office Administration i.e answering the telephone, screening calls, taking messages, emails, filing, post etc.
