My client's mission is that they exist to get the rider back on their bike as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE ROLE: The role is to help the Technical team to meet their service level agreement for processing warranty components through the Centre.
*Reach the required standard, to be fully compliant
*Provide Tech support including, support to customers and staff and determine repair and replacement of warranty claims
*Achieve relevant KPI targets
*Pick stock from warehouse locations required
*Ensure all products are repaired/serviced to the required standards,
*SLA for the centre is maintained
*Provide race and event support as required determined by the annual calendar
*Ensure all labour and warranty items are claimed back when processing warranty items
*Provide general support across the department with ad hoc tasks/projects as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
*Communication skills: questioning and active listening, empathy and mutual understanding
*Professional telephone manner
*Effective use of IT and equipment
*Familiar and mechanically competent with cycle components
*Working well within a team
*Problem-solving and decision-making
*Working well within a customer service environment
*Ability to work well under time pressure
