Adecco Durham is currently recruiting for a Business Development Account Advisor based in Durham.

378 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 07:30 - 17:30.

This is a permanent role with a Salary of £17,000 to 18,000 with annual bonus available

Our client is a well-established and expanding company so this is an exciting time to join them.

Your role will include:

·  Developing long term professional business relationships with new and existing clients.

·  Providing a specialist consultative service by developing a thorough understanding of my client's services.

·  Identify and develop revenue growth within existing accounts
Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients and colleagues.

·  Carry out professional and consultative sales calls.

·  Target new accounts within established market sectors

·  Help identify and develop new sectors for our service

·  Generate sale appointments and work with accounts managers to arrange the meeting and follow up of inbound leads

·  Ensure smooth management of accounts

Personal Specification:

·  Experience within B2B sales

·  Proven record of meeting sales targets

·  Ability to adapt to new situations

·  Exceptional communication skills

·  Target driven

·  Highly Motivated
