Adecco Nottingham are currently recruiting for a Business to Business Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Nottingham.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To participate in carrying out day to day back office processes and ensuring the delivery of customer engagement is carried out in a professional manner at all times when dealing with queries and complaints
· Manage, monitor and check own work and schedule to maximise productivity, efficiency and accuracy
· Cover the Telephone Hunt Group and all relevant calls into the team from Monday -Friday during the operational hours
· Maintain the working relationship with all customers, Internal and External, ensuring effective communication.
Interviews will be taking place week commencing 13th August, with a potencial start date of Monday 3rd September.
