Our Client in the Hounslow area is looking for an Assistant Team manager to work in their 0-25 Children and young Adults with a Disability and Transitions Team,
In this position you will be a visible member of the Management team , supporting the Team manager in ensuring the highest professional standards of practice are evidenced through rigorous quality assurance processes in line with statutory guidelines. You will need to accept responsibility and manage efficiently and effectively allocated caseloads held by social work staff, ensuring positive outcomes for children and young adults.
Applicants will need to be HCPC registered and completed their Social Work degree, also having in depth knowledge of the delivery of statutory services to children and their families within a multi-agency setting and of current issues and legislation affecting them.
