�22,000 - �25,000 per annum
Working hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join McDonald's on the outskirts of Andover. The job purpose will be to lead a team in providing excellent customer service and increase sales figures.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting management in ensuring the outlet is run efficiently and in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
- Maximise sales and exceed targets and KPI's
- Lead and motivate a team, coaching and developing others and performance managing
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Candidates MUST have:

- Previous retail experience at a supervisory or managerial level from a hospitality or catering background
- Their own transport due to the out of town location of the outlet or be willing to use staff bus
