An exciting new role has been created within my client's HR team based in High Wycombe, Bucks as an Assistant HR Advisor.
Working as part of a small, dedicated Human Resources team, this role provides support, advice and guidance to staff and managers on a wide range of HR issues as well as co-ordinating the end to end recruitment process of specific positions, including interviewing, issuing Contracts, reference checks and onboarding.
The position will also involve being trained on the Payroll and HR systems and maintaining these on a day to day basis, as well as the use of Excel.
Ideally with a CIPD qualification, you'll have gained some HR Administrative experience within a generalist environment and must have some experience of resourcing and interviewing candidates.
With strong organisational and co-ordinating skills, you'll be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with people at all levels of a business and also possess the initiative to question and resolve issues to achieve your goals.
