We are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join out client in Ledbury on a temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Carry out electrical, hydraulic and mechanical fitting activities to produce sub-assemblies and finished products
to the high standards of workmanship required by the Company
2. Uphold general health & safety requirements and those specific to the role
3. Efficiency of individual work through-put including testing and checking for accuracy and quality
4. Contribute to the overall safe, efficient and productive team and environment, including housekeeping tasks
5. Assist with the safety and welfare of people visiting or assisting with work in designated work areas
6. Actively participate in design and development when requested
7. Keep accurate records of labour hours and materials usage
8. Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any deficiencies or defects
9. Preserving customer property you come into contact with, whilst it is temporarily in Company care.
10. Assist in any other 'department' as and when prioritised to include loading/unloading, goods-in/despatch and
operating fork-lift

Essential Skills, Competencies, Qualifications and Behaviours Necessary to Perform this Role

* A basic Knowledge of Auto Electrics and Hydraulics
* Excellent attention to details
* Excellent team working skills
* Logical thinker and good problem solving skills
* Good communication skills
* Forklift truck license would be an advantage

Temp to perm - £9.50 per hour
