Adecco is looking to recruit a number Assembly Operative for one of our clients, a well-respected, successful manufacturing company in the Newmarket Road area of Cambridge.

Working as part of a team, you will be expected to assemble and test new, innovative products using a series of specialised techniques and equipment.

Paying £10.26 per hour you will be required to work from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

Applicants will need to have the following skills and attributes;

1. Good standard of English comprehension.

2. Well organised & able to work in a GMP environment.

3. Ideally have experience with machine operation and/ or line assembly.

4. Quality Focused - able to deal with routine, repetitive tasks whilst maintaining good attention to detail.

5. Team working - working as part of a team & sharing workload fairly with a willingness to work co-cooperatively and supportively in order to solve problems and achieve team targets.

6. Set and maintain high standards and ways of working.

7. Process Orientated - happy to follow set standards and ways of working.

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level, be computer literate, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
