Responsibilities:

Manage and establish new distribution networks and relationships within the designated area.

✨ Maintain excellent customer relations and nurture existing accounts to drive sales.

Achieve sales targets for the region and provide regular reports on performance.

Handle sales leads, calls, and customer inquiries, ensuring efficient order placement.

️ Investigate and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with the Product Management team.

Monitor the competition, staying informed about pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.

Maintain accurate records of area and customer sales.

Travel when required, including visits to the Head Office and customer sites, as well as international travel.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

Proven sales track record in the electrical sector.

Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Target-driven with a desire to succeed.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

⏰ Good time management and multitasking abilities.

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

Familiarity with electrical tools and products.

Previous experience in establishing distribution networks.

️‍♂️ Knowledge of the electrical industry and customer requirements.

International sales experience.
