Adecco are recruiting for an Alumni Records Assistant based in a large well-known educational organisation based in South Kensington.

The purpose of this role is to ensure quick, reliable and accurate processing of alumni records into Raise's Edge and contribute to a data quality and management plan.

Duties of the role include:
- Data Entry i.e. processing all registration requests and queries, update all contact personal and professional records
- Record Management i.e. identifying opportunities to improve quality and accuracy of alumni data, carry out data analysis
- Proactive in identifying and implementing new systems and processes
- Work closely with Advancement Operations
- Participate in relevant training as necessary
- Deliver high quality customer service

Essential Knowledge/Skills
- Must have experience using Raiser's Edge
- Ability run reports, analyse data and run queries
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick and efficient data entry
- Highly computer literate
- Well organised
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
