We are current looking for one full-time or two part-time Aftercare Customer Services Administrators to start working immediately, initially on a temporary basis but with a view to becoming permanent. The role will involve making outbound calls to existing customers who have purchased one the company's products and informing them of delivery dates whilst gaining a few additional details. A professional, friendly telephone manner is a essential and you must be happy making outbound calls and speaking to customers. You will also be responsible for recording information on to a database, so good IT skills and attention to detail is required.
