Adecco have an exciting opportunity for an After sales Customer Services Advisor, the role is permanent and paying £24,000, working in the town centre, with parking and excellent benefits.
The role will ideally suit a candidate who has worked within a industrial environment, a candidate who has experience in testing products, dealing with returns, customer queries, guarantees and replacements.
Ideally the candidate will be experienced on the phone and have strong email communication with clients and confident working towards KPI's, full training will be given.
Duties will include but not limited to: Providing after sales service to customers - Warranty Monitoring / Resolution / Escalation, After Sales Service Reporting, Good product knowledge & willingness to continuously learn more, New Product Development, Customer Product, Testing / Training Days, Monitoring of Spare Parts & Accessory levels.
The ideal candidate will have technical product related knowledge and ideally come from a customer service background, good interpersonal skills and ideally some experience of dealing with a wide range of demographics, Basic / Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Practical and logical problem-solving skills.
The role is working in an office environment, with an element of dealing with products to test in a warehouse environment.
