Adecco are seeking Support Adviser for a leading firm who's focus and reputation are leading the way in their field. This is a brand-new opportunity within the firm, so a great opportunity to make it your own!
Driven by a consultative approach, you will be reporting directly to the Department Manager in providing a professional, quality service to clients, ensuring the efficient and appropriate servicing of their inbound queries.
You will be the first point of call for our client's customers, so you will be using excellent customer service skills to recognise customers who need their query escalated to the correct departments.
It is essential to provide an excellent telephone service - you will often be the first person a client speaks to and the 'voice' of the company. Full training will be provided.
Knowledge & Skills essential to the Role:
· Ability to think on your feet and respond professionally and accordingly - (all calls are inbound)
· Flexibility - this is a brand-new role and as such you can play a part in developing it
· Good IT skills
· Able to work to and meet deadlines
· Ability to use initiative
· Team player
