Accountabilities :
To liaise with QC departments and manufacturing to obtain the required information for inclusion in lot release protocols.

To submit protocols to the required OMCL using the authorised submission route

To maintain the library of lot release protocol templates and supporting SOPs, and ensure that they are compliant with the relevant submission requirements.

Prepare and submit any required samples for additional testing to OMCLs.

To ensure appropriate standards of housekeeping, Health, Safety and Environment are applied in the team, in accordance with current regulations and site procedures.

To ensure that the review, storage and archive of batch records and other relevant GMP documentation is up to date and at the required GMP standards.

To maintain and update batch release trackers as required.

To provide support for general training compliance within the Quality Assurance Team, and to ensure that training for themselves is up to date.

Administer the learning management system to maintain the teams SOP compliance.

Provide Monthly training metrics to ensure the site training standard is maintained within QA.

To perform other such duties as may be reasonably required by management from time to time.

The role holder will possess all or most of the following:

Experience of working within a GMP environment preferred.

Excellent attention to detail essential.

Computer literate

Ability to deliver work according to a defined plan

Excellent communication skills required to enable interaction with other internal and external contacts
