Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Kettering based company. They are looking for someone to join their small team, to support the Area Sales Managers on a daily basis providing information as required.
Your duties will include:
*Answering the telephone, dealing with customer enquiries
* Liaising with our overseas partners on a day to day basis
*Processing orders
*Data collation in Excel
*Corresponding to emails
*Maintaining up to date customer database
*General office duties, including post, filing, photocopying and faxing
You will have the below skills/experience:
* Must work well under pressure
* Be able to multitask and have excellent interpersonal and
communication skills and telephone manner
* Must also have an excellent sense of priorities
* Must be competent in Microsoft office
* Excellent attention to detail a must
