Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a train operating company in Basingstoke.
Please note call centre experience is not essential, the company will conduct fully paid training internally however you will need to have good administration skills and demonstrate the ability to conduct email communication in a professional manner, follow process to ultimately resolve the customer complaint or enquiry.
As a headline, the main task of the role is complaint handling via email (rail enquiries of a diverse nature), in an empathetic and professional manner and dealing with delay and repay case escalations where the customer is entitled to compensation because of a delayed service.
At times you may need to handle negative reactions from customers whilst actively promoting the company by maintaining a diplomatic, tactful and friendly response always - Could this be you?
Pay £9.31 per hour - **rate increases after 12 weeks**
Rota of 40hrs a week across 7 days
Shift start - 21:00 - Shift finish - 05:00
Contract - Temp on-going
