Adecco are looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator to work for our client in Bolton, on a temporary basis.
You will be responsible for the following:
-Meeting and greeting
-Helping visitors complete forms
-Processing a high volume of orders and invoices
The ideal candidate will need to have good Secretarial and good Customer Service skills. Candidates will be required to use Integra so experience on this system is desirable however not essential. Although training will be given, you will be required to pick this up quickly.
ASAP start until March 2019 - possible permanent position available.
Hours are flexible
Band 3 - £8.01ph - £8.50ph
