Overview:

We are looking for an administrator to provide a reliable support function to the Retail Products Development Group. You will be responsible for duties such as: - Calendar Management, Workshop management including & preparing documents, collating documents, uploading documents onto SharePoint, dealing with off shore suppliers. Monitoring & updating various documents - cost sheets, holiday charts, contact lists, organisational charts, distribution lists, document registers, RAID logs and action logs and any other general ad-hoc requests. This is a fast paced role and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who can demonstrate a strong initiative & proactive thinking.

Rate: £10 - £12 DOE

Hours: Mon - Fri 9-5

Contract: 30 Weeks - Temp On- Going

Location: Wakefield House, Swindon

Describe an ideal Candidate:

Competencies : Strong initiative, forward thinker, proactive, organised, MS office & computer literate

Experience: Administration (within a project environment advantageous) or secretarial / PA or equivalent.

Previous NW experience also desirable but not compulsory. SharePoint & Microsoft Project advantageous
