Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Stevenston, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their finance team. With excellent organisational skills and a drive to get things done, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing all-round finance-related administration support.

Responsibilities include:

·  Liaising with suppliers via phone and email

·  Processing invoices and updating databases

·  Booking in purchase orders and following up on lead times

·  Answering calls and enquiries

·  Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory using company systems and software.

·  Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience, ideally in a finance or purchasing role. The ability to multitask and handle varying duties with confidence is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of finance-related software is a plus.

This is a temporary position that could potentially lead to a permanent role. As such, our client is looking for someone who is available to take on the permanent position if offered. The working hours are from 8 : 45 am to 4:45 pm with a one-hour lunch break. The dress code is smart casual, allowing for a comfortable yet professional work environment.

Our client offers a competitive hourly rate between £13 and £14 and hour (dependant on experience) Additionally, you will have access to on-site parking, making your daily commute hassle-free.
