Adecco are looking for an experienced customer service/ administrator to join our client in Trentham, ST4 area. This is a temporary ongoing position until September, with the view to lead to a permanent role for the successful candidate. Full time working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm ( flexible) Salary from £18,000. Duties will include handling queries via telephone and email, speaking to customers, liaising with departments, working within a small team and data entry. The successful applicant must have customer service experience and the confidence to work using their own initiative.
