We are currently looking for an Administrator to support the Customer Service team and other general office departments on a 6 to 8 month basis.
Duties to include -
· Taking calls from customers
· Processing orders
· Completing order confirmations, dispatch paperwork
· Filing
· Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
· Covering reception
· General admin duties.
Must have previous experience within an admin role and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook,Word and Excel.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday office hours.
